The Chambery Community in north Edmonton is a new neighborhood in the Castledowns area of northwest Edmonton.  Chambery is named for the Chateau de Chambery in France.  It is bounded on the west by 112 Street, south boundary is 1/2 block north of 173 A Ave and to the north is Edmonton’s Rural North West.  Chambery is a great location for those working in CFB Edmonton.

Edmonton’s 2012 census showed that the community of Chambery is growing at  a population of 2064 with 644 single family dwellings up from 2005 when it had fewer than 300 single family dwellings.

There are many schools in neighboring communities to choose from when relocating to the Chambery neighborhood.  There is walking trails, green space and man made ponds to enjoy in this community.  Public Transportation, Playgrounds and the Anthony Henday are all close by.
