The Chambery Community in north Edmonton is a new neighborhood in the Castledowns area of northwest Edmonton.  Chambery is named for the Chateau de Chambery in France.  It is bounded on the west by 112 Street, south boundary is 1/2 block north of 173 A Ave and to the north is Edmonton’s Rural North West.  Chambery is a great location for those working in CFB Edmonton.

Edmonton’s 2012 census showed that the community of Chambery is growing at  a population of 2064 with 644 single family dwellings up from 2005 when it had fewer than 300 single family dwellings.

There are many schools in neighboring communities to choose from when relocating to the Chambery neighborhood.  There is walking trails, green space and man made ponds to enjoy in this community.  Public Transportation, Playgrounds and the Anthony Henday are all close by.

There is no place like Home for The Holidays.  Some of us can’t wait for family and friends to be home for the holidays, and some of us are looking for that perfect home for the holidays.  It doesn’t matter but there is no place like HOME.  Everywhere you look in St. Albert it is festive and getting in the Christmas Spirit.  The downtown is  lite up and so inviting, and enjoyed by all,  residents of St. Albert,  those who are  visiting, or  those who are looking at making St. Albert their home. Last week I had visitors who were prior residents of St. Albert, driving them around to a few of our local stores that they miss so much, their comment was, St. Albert is such a beautiful, wonderful  city.  I had the pleasure of driving on a Crescent in Grandin, and it was wonderful to see so many homes decorated and looking so festive.  To own a home in Grandin Park or anywhere in St. Albert gives you so much comfort and peace of mind.  There are so many homes in St. Albert, that no matter what your preference is, there is one for you.

WOW! Once you have driven on the extension of the Anthony Henday Drive, you will be impressed. Having the privilege of driving from St. Albert to Clareview in less than 15 minutes I thought about how many more minutes I will gain on my day by NOT sitting in my car.

This is one impressive stretch of highway.  Smooth sailing all the way.  This ring road is one of Edmonton to St. Albert’s quickest routes.  From Edmonton to St. Albert you have 3 exits that will take you right into St. Albert, from the West, Central and East.  What more could a person ask for?  Direct access to St. Albert’s wonderful community  and all that it has to offer:  homes, schools, recreation, restaurants, shopping and much more.
