My “Story”

My owners bought me as a spec home but went to great lengths to ensure that I had the right upgrades including the right colour/type of carpet for durability and fashion sense. I had a custom mirror installed on my main floor powder room along with subway tile making me look like a hotel spa! My owners favourite room in the house has got to be the upstairs family room. This room basks in the sun all day long – making it ideal for morning coffees to late afternoon football games. The master bedroom overlooks my backyard. Another area my owners have taken great pride in their ‘green thumb’ skills. A new pressure treated deck with railing was built just for me – and the extensive landscaping is a treat for both me and our feathered friends!
