As my family grew two of their kids took bedrooms in the basement and the third main floor bedroom turned into an efficient mudroom. Perfect for laundry, sports bags, backpacks and place to unload and not cause major traffic jams. This room can easily convert back to a bedroom. My family has not moved far away,in fact just a few blocks away. They will miss the cul de sac parties: a communal gathering for kids playing and growing up together and parents enjoying a front yard bevy. I am now looking for a new family to fill my rooms again with laughter and years of enjoyment.
